Return Policy:
We want you to love your Creativity-To-Go Kit! Because our kits contain individual craft supplies and materials prepared specifically for each project, we have a few guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Returns
Craft Box Kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided that:
The kit has not been opened, used, or assembled.
All materials, supplies, instructions, and packaging are included and in their original condition.
You provide proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned kit, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your kit arrives damaged or is missing materials, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or items. We will work with you to replace the missing or damaged materials or provide another appropriate solution.
